"Ten out of ten for comfort!" - James G. 04/03/2021

Unusually, this is a leather tennis shoe. Not used this pair, yet, but I've bought them previously from Direct Tennis so I know what I'm getting. They're so good I bought 2 pairs this time! The Bigshot light leather are a bit of a throw-back. The leather upper is not quite as durable as the synthetic materials used in most modern tennis shoes but these are the most comfortable tennis shoes I have ever worn in many years of playing. Definitely no need to play them in. The rubber outsole offers good grip and is hard-wearing, too. This shoe is comparatively broad-fitting. I take a 9 in this (the same as a normal pair of shoes) but a 9.5 or 10 in other tennis shoes. Price-wise, at just over £56 from Direct Tennis, in my view they represent very good value for a high quality pair of tennis shoes.
